is a professional construction company that began business in 1976. We have been building custom homes, condominiums, duplexes, multi-family and commercial buildings for the past twenty-eight years.
Michael Miller, construction division manager, has over 25 years of experience in the home-building business.

- We have a file of available lots in the Appleton, Green Bay, and Manitowoc areas.
- We will build on our lots or a customer's lot.
- We work with experienced designers. We will build from a customer's plan, or the customer can work with our designer.
- We have temporary living arrangements available for customers who would have a need for it while we are building their home.
- Since 1985, Total Service Development, LLC has built 285 new homes. An average of 17 homes per year. This includes custom homes, condominiums, and duplexes.
- Total Service Development, LLC is licensed to build in all Northeastern Wisconsin communities.
